Beavis and Butthead of Skateboarding

Slap Magazine recently dubbed David Gravette & Devin Appelo, the beavis and butthead of skateboarding. Is that true? I'm not sure, but these two friends are certainly causing a lot of waves in the skateboarding world. Dave Gravette is definitely pushing the northwest scene to new limits, and people are recently identifying with Creature skateboards more than ever before.

There's been a lot of pairs in skateboarding through the years, but this one is the first to be dubbed with the 90's iconic moniker of Beavis and Butthead. Check out a recent article on Gravette and Appelo from Slap Magazine.

Kevin Romar Kr3w Interview

I remember at work last year, we had a problem with Kr3w. We used to spell Kr3w's name like this: KREW, and the representatives over at Kr3w told us that we couldn't do that any longer.

Why?

Apparently "J Crew" or whatever they are called was ready to sue Kr3w for spelling their stuff KREW.

So I ended up having to edit all our products one by one, changing KREW to KR3W. It was ridiculous. So now they are KR3W instead of KREW but are still called KREW.

I'm confused.

Anyways, the reason why I bring it up is because there is a new interview that you can scope out with team rider Kevin Romar over at the official kr3w website. Check that mess out, if you're on the interweb right now.

Can anybody stop Ryan Sheckler's claim to the best of the DEW TOUR?

I'm not sure how hard the competition is on the tour, but it's going to be tough to edge out Sheckler's skateboarding, he's actually not half bad.

Goldfrapp Caravan Girl Features Longboarding
