The Mega Ramp Is Here

Oh yeah!

The Big Ramp is up for all the skateboarders in the big launch ramp contest set to be shown on THE X-GAMES this week. It starts thursday and runs for a few days, check local listings of course.

This is great!

Check out the image...oh man, that's scary. I've been skating for 8 years now and I'm scared to death of that thing. I don't know how the pro's aren't shaken by the monstrous angle on this thing. It's certainly MEGARAMP!

NIke Sb Video...Bad News

I have never been a big fan of Nike joining the ranks of skateboarding. They tried to come in with the underground company and failed, then they through together a team and threw some money at skateboarders and are taking over the corporations one by one.

Crap.

Now they are putting their efforts into a skate video, with clips that are looking really nice, and well....the boycott of Nike is over, and well...looks like they are taking over...sadly.

Chad Muska This is My Element

If you haven't heard, Element Skateboards is doing quite well. Here's a clip from their latest dvd "This is My ELement" which features parts from some of the living legends in skateboarding.

Case in point: Chad Muska...better known as "The Muska".
